Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will provide essential support to the healthcare team.
Your daily tasks will include delivering direct patient care as instructed by the supervising RN.
Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, along with safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Represent the organization with integrity, avoiding any gifts or improper inducements.
A CNA is expected to uphold the facility's Core Values and mission, respecting the dignity of every individual.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Education, Training and Experience:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant is necessary, with a preference for candidates with 2 years of experience.
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks as required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of transferring/lifting patients and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs.
We seek a proactive, decisive, and action-oriented individual who is friendly towards patients and a collaborative team player.
Ability to maintain a broad focus and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Effectively work with all levels of the organization.

USD $19.00/Hr
