Overview

The LiRo Group is recognized as a leading provider of integrated construction, design, and technology solutions for a diverse array of public and private sector clients. We are currently expanding our team and are in search of Construction Inspectors to oversee various projects across New Jersey.



Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of systems, products, roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Offer technical guidance to contractors, maintain daily progress documentation, address complaints and requests, and ensure adherence to contract specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineer of Record to guarantee proper installation and compliance with applicable codes.


Qualifications
  • Proficient understanding of methods, materials, and designs related to various infrastructure projects, including water and sewer systems.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations at local, state, and federal levels regarding the construction of water and sewer facilities.
  • Ability to perform detailed technical inspections and interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and record drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in all relevant standards and safety requirements.
