About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Americare Therapy Services Inc. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy to improve or minimize patients' residual physical disabilities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, healthcare teams, and other individuals as needed regarding aspects of care and patients' status.
  • Help develop and revise patients' plans of care as necessary.
  • Communicate with Americare Therapy Services regarding issues related to rehabilitation services and patient care.

Position Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience preferred.

  • Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by one of the following: The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or successor organizations of CAPTE.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
