Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server Associate to join our team at OCI Hospitality. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Menu Presentation: Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions.
  • Age Verification: Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients. Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy.
  • Attentive Listening: Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas. Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department.
  • Team Collaboration: Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
