The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Petroleum Construction Project Manager to join our Southeastern team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring all deadlines, requirements, and schedules are met.

Candidates with a strong background in fueling and petroleum construction are highly desired. However, professionals with comparable experience in related industries will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope and objectives
  • Meet with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or business administration. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have experience managing fast-track projects, such as ground-up convenience stores.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
  • Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 25% field travel
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations
  • Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations

Compensation and Benefits
