The JCW Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director for General Liability to enhance our expanding claims department. This role is pivotal in delivering expert guidance on intricate general liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with claims specialists and their supervisors to provide valuable technical insights and oversight.
- Serve as a resource for coverage inquiries within the property and casualty claims team.
- Promote technical excellence through mentorship, training, and the development of comprehensive technical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general liability insurance.
- Extensive technical knowledge in all facets of commercial general liability claims, from reserving to resolution.
- Proven experience in managing complex and high-severity claims.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is strongly preferred.
