  • Diagnose and treat refractive disorders
  • Diagnose and treat ocular disorders caused by age-related illnesses
  • Examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures
  • Identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system
  • Perform daily travel to skilled nursing facilities to provide mobile model treatment to patients

Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Optometry (O.D.)
  • State professional license
  • Valid driver's license
  • TPA certified/Legend Drug Certificate
  • Ability to work independently on a daily basis
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare-related software
