JAG Physical Therapy is a leading provider of comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Meet census goals for the clinic and each clinician, reviewing weekly scorecards with the Regional Clinical Director
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, working closely with Human Resources
- Maintain facility upkeep and review timecards through ADP to ensure adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with HR on interviewing and hiring clinical, administrative, and aide staff, as well as training and ongoing evaluation of performance
- Resolve performance issues and escalate to HR when necessary
- Monitor staff compliance and follow up with patients with low net promoter scores
- Manage monthly budgets for visits, labor, and clinical supplies, and monitor documentation audits and Medicare compliance
- Review WebPT schedules weekly, monitor unsigned notes, and perform new patient eval audits
- Approve expenses for staff in the clinic and manage physician referral processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred
- Professional license/certification required; valid CPR license
- Minimum three years' experience in clinical outpatient settings, with two years' supervisory experience or clinical program development
- Knowledge of Prompt EMR system
- Able to troubleshoot and make decisions quickly, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- $120,000 - $150,000 estimated annual salary
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
- Up to $2,500 relocation bonus
