Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at GetGo Café + Market. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including the kitchen and exterior pump area.
  • Ring up customers' orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Monitor and prevent drive-offs, unsafe misuse of gasoline containers, and other security risks.
  • Assist with light stocking duties, including blocking and straightening shelves, and inform management of any out-of-stock items.
  • Replace misplaced items to their proper location and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
  • Know and follow all state and local laws regarding cigarette sales and coupon handling procedures.
  • Assist other store Team Members in maintaining security and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 0 to 6 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • At least 18 years of age.
