Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carpet Care and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our carpets, including regular vacuuming, spot cleaning, and deep cleaning as needed.
  2. Hard Surface Floor Maintenance: Clean and maintain our hard surface floors, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed.
  3. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair all floor care equipment, including buffers, extractors, and other machinery.
  4. Supply Management: Manage and maintain our inventory of floor care supplies, including cleaning solutions, chemicals, and equipment.
  5. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including floor refinishing, carpet installation, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in Floor Care: Previous experience in floor care and maintenance is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk extensively is required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
