Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled laborers to join our team. As a laborer, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and new home construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various construction tasks such as demolition, site preparation, and cleanup
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload construction materials
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
