Join Our Team as a STNA Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs to join our EverHeart Hospice team. As a STNA Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to our patients in their homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of 75 hours of state-approved STNA training
  • Current registration on the Indiana Aide Registry
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing personal care in a healthcare setting
  • Hospice experience preferred
