  • Maintain a visible security presence for both guests and staff.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of individuals entering restricted areas to ensure valid credentials.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding directions, facility information, and accessibility options.

Emergency Response
  • Promptly report emergencies to the Unified Command Center.
  • Respond effectively to requests for assistance.
  • Enforce all venue policies and procedures.
