**Job Summary:**

LCS Facility Group, a leading provider of facilities maintenance and specialty services, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our team in Hyde Park, NY.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness of classrooms, common areas, stairwells, and other spaces.
  • Operate steam and carpet cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Assist with stripping and waxing floors, high dusting, and cleaning on scaffolding.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (training provided).
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED).
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
