About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain technical systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties under your care to identify and address any issues
  • Coordinate with maintenance companies to ensure timely and effective repairs
  • Maintain properties and outdoor areas to the highest standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a caretaker or in a related field
  • Completed vocational training in a trade
  • A valid driver's license
  • Flexibility, self-sufficiency, and a strong work ethic
