Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

SkyBridge Healthcare is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in West Plains, Missouri.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at SkyBridge Healthcare. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials and the operation of nuclear medicine equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment, such as gamma cameras and positron emission tomography (PET) scanners
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and disposal of radioactive materials
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
