As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Progressive Care Overflow unit, you will play a vital role in shaping patient journeys and leveraging your skills and expertise to directly impact patient wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a current state RN license or a current RN licensure with a multistate compact state and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Required certifications include Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date, Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date, and successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
Our department/unit summary includes working on a 25 bed unit with private rooms, all patients on telemetry monitor and being monitored on the unit, 5:1 Patient Ratio, ADT Charge Nurse-assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, Team nursing model consisting of 2 RNs and 5 LPNs, Fast-paced environment and high patient turnover, Patient population consist of patients with heart history and surgery patients post heart cath.
