**Job Summary:**
We're seeking compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to optimize patient-centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses to devise creative, effective treatment plans in accordance with physician's orders. Our ideal candidates possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, motivating patients to restore their physical function and mobility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and staff members
**Requirements:**
- Valid WA PTA credentials in good standing
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
**Compensation:**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $37-$52 per hour, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and local market conditions. At Caldera Care, we believe in fair compensation that reflects the value our team members bring to our organization.
