- Facilitate decisions and actions on behalf of patients in an ethical manner, maintaining patient confidentiality and advocating for patient needs.
- Follow established documentation practices to ensure accurate and complete medical records.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals as needed on patient care evaluation and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of practice goals and protocols.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
- Board certification or Board eligible in the specialty area.
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License.
- Current CPR certification or specialty-specific advanced life support certification obtained through American Heart Association.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for the specialty area.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow.
