Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sanding Technician to join our team at Alliance Workforce in Clearwater, FL. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth finishes and precise surfaces on plastic parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a grinder to sand plastic parts, maintaining high-quality finishes and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Inspect plastic pieces for defects and inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards.
  • Maintain grinders and other sanding equipment, performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines without compromising quality, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience operating grinders or sanders in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of plastic materials and sanding techniques is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motions.
