Systems Engineering Manager for Heart Failure Devices

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the development of our heart failure device portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with expertise in integrating hardware, software, mobile apps, and cloud components.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product requirements, system architecture, and design control documentation
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive system-level decision making and prioritization
- Gathering and analyzing stakeholder input to inform system design and requirements
- Planning and executing system validation and verification testing
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, computer, electrical, or software), computer science, or a related discipline, and at least 8 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced degree and experience with Class III implantable medical devices are preferred.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
