- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and warranties, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date on promotions and events, and make recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory processes, including checking in and ticketing merchandise, and participate in periodic inventories as needed.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail or relevant work experience, with 6 months of product-specific experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios.
This position involves constant movement, talking, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 25 lbs. and up to 50lbs in some departments.
