We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Garden City Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy department to provide pharmaceutical care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy to ensure patient safety and provide high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained.
