Job Title: Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Kidds clinics in Blaine, MN. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our dentists to diagnose and provide personalized care for each patient
  • Choose appropriate materials and tools for dental cleanings based on individual oral health assessments
  • Perform thorough dental cleanings by removing deposits and stains on teeth and below gum lines
  • Identify potential oral diseases through oral cancer screenings, gum examinations, and radiographic studies
  • Halt tooth decay by administering fluoride treatments and other preventive measures
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to proactive patient-centered care
  • Work effectively within a team, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Execute all necessary clinical procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and fluoride applications
  • Approach tasks with a positive and problem-solving attitude
Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota or Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Soon to graduate from dental hygiene school
  • Experience with children
  • Passionate about making a difference in the life of a child
  • Likes to have fun and enjoys teamwork
  • Solid working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and practices
  • CPR certified
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-organized and reliable
