Server Liaison

Down South CaJJun Eats is seeking a highly skilled Server Liaison to join their team. As a key member of the restaurant, the Server Liaison will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their table or designated waiting area.
• Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions.
• Seamlessly communicate with servers to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Engage with guests throughout their meal to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Respond to complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop a strong working relationship with servers to provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the menu and ability to make recommendations.
