Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting women during the four stages of delivery: antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal
  • Monitoring contractions and helping patients with breathing techniques
  • Monitoring fetal heart rate and mother's vital signs
  • Caring for patients on Pitocin, MgSO4, and continuous lumbar epidural
Qualifications and Job Info

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification
  • NRP certification
  • Recent fetal monitoring experience
  • Active State Nursing license
