Job Title: Server Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Server Representative to join our team at Avila's El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant - Foothill Ranch. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations as needed
  • Manage tables effectively and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with Point of Sale software and ability to process transactions accurately
