Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing construction stakeouts, and interpreting survey data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topography
  • Prepare construction stakeouts and ALTA documents
  • Interpret and verify survey data to ensure accuracy
  • Perform field calculations and write detailed descriptions of surveys
  • Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a survey-related field or Computer Aided Design
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor preferred
