Job Title: Flexologist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Flexologists. In this role, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients, both individually and in groups of up to 6 people.
  • Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions.
  • Build and retain client relationships through sales outreach and exceptional customer care.

In order to ensure client safety, you will enforce proper stretch techniques and adhere to studio policies.

Requirements:
  • A passion for boutique fitness and a love for stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • A background working in a hands-on training environment within the fitness/health sector.
Compensation:

Flexologists can earn between $22 and $25 per hour when providing stretching services to members. Additionally, they may gain extra hours supporting the studio at $10 per hour. These details will be discussed further during the interview process.
