Director of Revenue Growth

The Director of Revenue Growth will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts for the Inn at Northrup Station, a boutique hotel in Portland. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and publication of advertisements to target local travel, community, and business partners.
- Recommend pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Initiate and follow up on all leads for events and group bookings.
- Monitor front desk sales staff effectiveness and serve as a motivational leader.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and patterns affecting rates and occupancy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing and hospitality.
