Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational and management decisions for the facility during your assigned shift.
- Ensure timely communication with the resident's physician and family regarding significant clinical changes or urgent medical needs.
- Manage staffing decisions, including addressing call-outs, approving overtime, and reallocating personnel as necessary.
- Direct the appropriate response to resident care emergencies.
- Conduct house rounds and collaborate with charge nurses regarding new admissions and critically ill residents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS).

Compensation Details
Annual Salary: USD $78,000 to $82,000

Qualifications Required:
- Ability to fulfill scheduled hours based on the position's requirements.
- Registered Nurse license in the State of New York. A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, including medication administration.
