Senior .Net Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 36 months

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of extensive experience in various programming languages and technologies including Dotnet Core, C#, Angular, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and SOAP-based Webservices.


Proven expertise in designing and developing robust enterprise systems, focusing on multi-tier and distributed architectures as well as web-based applications.

Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high user satisfaction and quality standards.

Experience with Application Security protocols utilizing Azure Active Directory.

Proficient in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Skilled in creating and managing applications in cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure.

Hands-on experience in migrating, deploying, and overseeing systems, including monitoring and logging functionalities.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

5+ years of experience with Windows-based development tools, notably Visual Studio.

Strong background in analyzing and crafting solution designs for web and cloud-based systems.

Knowledgeable in web program design principles, development methodologies, testing, and documentation.

Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming architectures.

Experienced with version control systems such as Git and Subversion.

Familiar with full life cycle systems design and development methodologies.

Experience in both traditional and agile project management frameworks.


Proficient in translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of functional and technical specifications throughout the development cycle.

Skilled in systems implementation techniques, including data conversion, user training, and documentation.

Experience in developing system test plans and creating test scripts.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Excellent analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex concepts into manageable components.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated and quick learner with strong troubleshooting capabilities, adept at multitasking in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in migrating or managing systems within government cloud environments.


Familiarity with third-party integrations and customizations to ensure seamless functionality across multiple systems, including identity management for authentication and authorization.

Knowledge of data security and encryption practices.

Cloud-native experience, particularly with Azure App Services and Azure Functions.

Experience with open-source testing tools.

Experience in upgrading to newer versions of Angular and .NET.
