Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping and Laundry Aide to join our team at Indian Lake Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide efficient laundry delivery services to residents and staff.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for residents, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
