About Our Restaurant

Madero Cantina is a dynamic restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. We are currently seeking a host/front desk professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them at tables or in waiting areas, and providing them with menus. You will also be required to assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation, and manage the flow of guests into our dining and bar areas.

  • Operate POS system for takeout orders and accept payments
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a restaurant hosting or serving environment is highly desirable.

  • Essential to have or be able to obtain Alcohol Beverage Control Responsible Beverage Service Training certification
  • Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certificate or ServeSafe
