About the Role:

  • Provide expert guidance on visa sponsorship and I-9 compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and employment eligibility verification.
  • Analyze and prepare immigration applications, including H1-B, TN, F1/OPT, and J-1, for filing with government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve visa-related issues and ensure timely processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and support.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

Remaining in a normal seated or standing position for extended periods of time; reaching and grasping by extending hand(s) or arm(s); dexterity to manipulate objects with fingers, for example using a keyboard; communication skills using the spoken word; ability to see and hear within normal parameters; ability to move about workspace.
