We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at SpineZone, you will be responsible for managing the core spine strengthening for each patient and working closely with our orthopedic surgeon team to deepen your knowledge of musculoskeletal treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Patient Care: Evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical problems, and develop and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Supervision: Directly oversee Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) and Spinal Rehab Specialists (SRS), ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care services.
  • Communication: Work closely with medical directors and referring providers to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care within our multidisciplinary team.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate and timely encounter notes and clinical documents using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean workout area and overall clinic cleanliness and organization, adhering to our high standards.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license from the state of California.
  • Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree.
  • Certifications: Valid CPR Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbally and written; ability to multitask effectively and efficiently; attention to detail; and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, offering a competitive salary range of $40.87 - $60.10, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, dollars towards continuing education, and more.
