Key responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, ordering, and tracking, as well as coordinating delivery schedules with dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries
  • Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery purposes
  • Coordinate with dispatch to schedule deliveries and resolve any logistical issues
  • Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and maintenance
  • Provide support to sales representatives and customers via phone and email
  • Facilitate new account and credit approvals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic math skills and experience working in a technical or industrial organization preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills
