LPN Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Delivering Post-Acute Care: Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track their vital signs.
  • Medical Record Review: Review medical records and charts of residents, and document their health concerns and medical histories.
  • Supply Management: Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
  • Resident Care: Contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for residents, and assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
