About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Associate to join our team of experienced professionals. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, improve their quality of life, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation to combat loneliness and isolation
  • Help with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Manage medication schedules and administer medications as needed
  • Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide is preferred
  • First aid and CPR certification is essential
  • Basic knowledge of cooking skills and household maintenance
  • Able to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift heavy objects
  • Tolerant of small pets
  • Compassionate, respectful, and ethical
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
  • UPDATED LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND SCREENING
  • ONLINE TRAININGS THROUGH TRAIN.ORG
