We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server/Bartender to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings in Dickson, TN. As a Bar Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks and food, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing the bar top, guest service areas, and washing barware dishes.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide a memorable guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bar Server/Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards and expectations.
