Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Legal Billing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing billing and invoicing, overseeing collections, and communicating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage billing and invoicing using Clio software.
  • Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Provide support for larger accounts, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with legal billing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a legal biller or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Clio or similar legal billing software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of legal and accounting principles related to billing.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and assignments.

Pay Details

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
