Soliant is in search of a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of speech-language pathology within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language impairments.
  • Develop and execute tailored intervention strategies for students.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to address communication difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and specialists to enhance student outcomes.
  • Track and document student progress in relation to established goals.
  • Maintain organized and precise records of therapy sessions.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable insights on students' speech and language requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or anticipated graduation within the current academic year).
  • Completion of clinical fellowship (CFY) or eligibility for CFY.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting or relevant practicum experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
