About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Propane Installation Specialist to join our team at AmeriGas, the nation's largest propane distributor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along provided service routes
  • Perform repairs on existing propane tanks for commercial and residential customers
  • Install new propane tanks/systems for commercial and residential customers
  • On an as-needed basis, perform Delivery Representative functions, such as delivering bulk or canister propane

The Ideal Candidate

  • A valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • An acceptable driving record
  • A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • The ability to lift up to 70lbs

Competitive Compensation Package

The hourly rate starts at $30.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales. This is the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
