We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Supportive Care team at Southcoast Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in need.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of the Director of Supportive Care or designee.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Current LPN licensure in both RI and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- One year of recent hospital, medical/surgical, or other relevant nursing experience.
- Experience in Hospice and/or Palliative Care preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $40.85.
