About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ensign Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing effective treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical functioning disorders and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including wound care and the use of supportive and assistive devices.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive discharge plans to ensure patients receive the necessary support and resources after leaving our facility.
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
