We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. as a Clinical Behavior Analyst. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.
- Administer and interpret assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Training and Supervision
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of direct care staff.
- Program Development and Management
- Develop and implement individualized programming based on the needs of clients and caregivers.
- Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes as indicated.
- Education and Certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position, as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
