Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
- Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Lead and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Advocate for residents' needs and preferences
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
- Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Prior experience in nursing care preferred, but not required
