**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse II - Per Diem to join our team at Adventist Health Mendocino County. As a critical care registered nurse, you will deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities:
"> Collect relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation, analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develop plans to prescribe interventions to attain outcomes, implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluate progress toward attaining outcomes, identify outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation, collaborate with the team of patient, family, and healthcare providers, provide learning opportunities for patients/family members and team members, directly provide health information to patients, families, and treatment team, participate in discharge planning, delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred - Acute care facility experience: Preferred - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
**Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Adventist Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
