**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure all beverage and paper products are properly stocked and organized.

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including the top of the bar and stainless steel surfaces.

• Properly wash and sanitize all bar dishes and equipment.

• Consistently maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.

• Retrieve required items from storage as needed.

• Leave the bar area clean and stocked before taking breaks and at the end of each shift.

• Complete assigned side work and tasks.

• Sort and separate recyclable and deposit bottles, and place them in the proper crates.

• Immediately notify supervisors of any broken equipment or issues with the bar area or storage rooms.

• Maintain awareness of promotional events and shows.

• Enter drink orders into the P.O.S. system accurately and efficiently.

• Follow department training standards, including clean-as-you-go and re-checking guests.

• Put coffee cups through the de-limer.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Ability to count money and make correct change.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to ring in orders and settle checks on the Point of Sale system.

• Previous food and beverage experience, preferably as a bartender.
