The Opportunity.
We are seeking a Treasury Professional to oversee operational activities across North America. This role will involve a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with Corporate Finance & Treasury teams to implement tailored strategies for the North America region, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Cash Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive cash management strategy, including the administration of accounts, payment cycles, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Corporate Finance: Facilitate local financing needs and coordinate liquidity planning and guarantee management.
  • Risk Management: Lead efforts in managing financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposures, ensuring effective hedging strategies are in place.
  • Pensions and Insurance: Coordinate with global teams to manage insurance needs and identify opportunities for risk mitigation.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in Finance is preferred, with a CTP certification being advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Cash Management and Treasury operations.
  • Proficient in Treasury Management Systems and knowledgeable about IT solutions in Finance.
  • Experience in managing hedging instruments and understanding risk management processes.
  • Familiarity with international collaboration and project management.
